At Questar, we offer two types of shipping based on the nature of the product:

1. Equipment Requiring Professional Installation

Larger systems, such as heat pumps and HVAC units, are shipped and delivered by the authorized dealer or installer. Delivery and installation details will be arranged directly between you and the installer following your order.

2. Accessories and Smaller Items

Products not requiring professional installation—such as filters, remote controls, or parts—will be shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Shipping is via standard courier service, and delivery times may vary by region.
